August 09 Work and Relaxation

The month of Aug I was lucky enough to get my daily fix of swimming and cycling and on the whole very relaxing and rewarding On a personal outdoor front I dusted off my climbing shoes much to Rob Pitt's surprise and have to say had 2 fantastic days out with a bunch of good friends.

Mid Aug I attended a 1 day hypnosis workshop concentrating on quick inductions.

Towards the end of the month I ran a 2 day presenting for maximum effect course. The course concentrated heavily on structure, verbal and non verbal body language

The final couple of days in the month were most satisfying, I spent 2 sessions working with a lady who had an extreme phobia. The sessions were challenging and rewarding for me and life changing for the lady.
